In Bangalore we are located in South Bangalore on Mysore Road, which has an interesting history and is today one of the most sought after locations.

Mysore Road as the name goes, leads to the city of Mysore one of whose many names is “the city of incense.” Is it any surprise then that the road connecting Bangalore and this city smells like freedom?

Once upon a quiet, sleepy road

Just a few decades ago, Mysore Road had comprised mostly agricultural farmlands. The most important landmark close by was the site of the Sholay film shoot. This section will also be the first of BMRCL which will have an automatic fare collection system compatible with national common mobility card and QR-enabled payment apps. The Prominent suburban railway stations in Nayandahalli and Kengeri also provide rail access to other parts of Bangalore and Karnataka. The upcoming Challaghatta Metro Station is just 1.5 kms from GoodEarth Malhar. For those who live here, reaching the train station is just a hop, skip and jump away.

South Bangalore’s Latest IT Hub

The growing interest shown by the private sector is another major reason for Mysore Road becoming the talk of the town in the south Indian real estate market. The Global Tech Village, an enormous IT park located a little off the highway, houses some of the largest technology brands like Accenture, Mindtree, Crompton Greaves, and many more. Mysore Road also provides easy access to IT and industrial hubs such as Peenya and Electronic City through the NICE Road. Infrastructure – reach anywhere in a jiffy

The Bangalore-Mysore Infrastructure Corridor (BMIC) project has taken massive strides – reducing the travel time between Bangalore and Mysore to 90 minutes. One of the near-future projects would be constructing a 6-lane expressway that included five integrated townships and ring roads to make travel faster and more simplified.
