The GoodEarth story began in Kochi where we have the largest number of communities. We have established over a dozen communities at Kochi where our progress was steady, yet measured. With every new development we experimented with numerous aspects, and the outcomes were innovations that were used in the forthcoming project. With land becoming scarce and prices shooting upwards, our response has been to infuse creativity and ingenuousness to forge better offerings for our customers.

These conditions are typically found mostly in suburban homes with gardens. Modern Times delivers a new scale of proximity between nature and the built environment. Build spaces vary around 4150 sq. ft., with a garden area of 1100 sq. ft., for the single floor units and 4550 sq. ft., with a garden area of 750 sq. ft., for the duplex units.
