The Vision

Melange is a tropical high-rise apartment building that serves as a "green alternative" to traditional urban housing. The design focuses on climate responsiveness and breaking away from typical apartment layouts to feel more like a traditional home.

Key Features

• Scale: 47 apartments set across 75 cents of prime land in Kochi.
• Climate Control: Utilizes cavity walls to capture hot air, which is then expelled through roof vents to keep interiors naturally cool.
• Indoor-Outdoor Living: Units feature spacious verandahs and sky gardens, bringing the outdoors in.
• Layout Philosophy: Minimized common walls to enhance privacy and natural cross-ventilation.
