Through the design-built Institutional projects, we could control the quality of the design and realize the intentions to a better degree. The learnings we took from these was a team building skill and a taste of having a say in every aspect of the project.Interesting briefs, we could contribute to and an understanding of alternative ways of thinking and working, formed the way towards our group housing projects.

A variety of residences…
Through the residential, we tried to understand individual aspirations and the day to day life of people. How we could, through the design and building, not only conserve and manage material and resources, but encourage an ethos which would extend to other spheres as well.
