GoodEarth Orchard is s series of villas on the outskirts of Bangalore that uses eco-friendly technology to create an uncluttered to a greener future. Better infrastructure is a much debated topic in Bangalore these days. So far, its not been adequate to support an ever-swelling population, resulting in a chaotic, unrestrained crop of buildings and social alienation for a few.

Melding gracefully into a charming vista of swaying palms, it attempts to rebuild our fractured ties with nature.To foster an interactive relationship with nature, the landscaping scheme eschews a highly manicured look PG1 Over the last few years, sustainability has steadily moved from the ambit of alternative practitioners to the mainstream.
ATREE
“An ideal work environment would be one that the user relates to, that stimulates required interaction between users and creates highly motivated individuals.” The design has been evolved after a series of discussions and interaction with all concerned with ATREE. After initial Soil investigation and Contour survey we discovered that the upper portion of the land is a sheet rock and the lower portion which is about seven and a half feet lower is a soft soil.
Aangan
Aangan is our latest addition to the villa communities in Cochin. On a contoured landscape, the attempt is to create a development that minimally affects the terrain while ensuring unique identity to individual homes. Homes look in to the central courtyard (Aangan) that is inundated with a treasure trove of native flora that is home to a variety of butterflies, cuckoos, squirrels and more. Individual homes also have its own private landscaped areas that are connected to the homes with large verandahs.
Melange
Good Earth Melange is a tropical high rise apartment building, a green alternative which responds to and takes advantages of the climate and location. The design minimizes the common walls between apartments. The units are designed as homes that open up to the outside through verandahs and sky gardens. The cavity walls capture the hot air which is expelled using air vents on the roof keeping the indoors cool. The lobby also has been designed as an extension of the landscape with sky gardens. The design attempts to break away from the typical apartment plan to bring in elements of a home in space planning.
