Come On Over | Ajith, Bindu, and Indulekha’s Dream Home.

When Ajith and Bindu found their forever home at Malhar in 2021, they knew it was meant to be. A traditional courtyard where the family, their memories of their ancestors, their passions, and their feathered friends all come together, it felt like a sign from above.

A few days ago, Ajith, Bindu, and their daughter Indulekha opened up their home to us and shared more about their life and the philosophy that guides it: Hakuna Matata.

From the tulasi katte that honours their roots to the backyard vegetable garden that keeps their kitchen fresh, from Indulekha’s love for baking to the books that fill their reading nooks, and the friends (and Magpie Robins) that come over to share the abundance – everything about their home reflects their belief in living simply, sharing generously, and embracing neighbourliness.
