GoodEarth Studio Lore wins Best Interior Design Project of the Year – Villa at Realty+ Excellence Awards 2025
We are delighted to announce that Studio Lore GoodEarth won the Best Interior Design Project of the Year – Villa at the 17th Realty+ Conclave & Excellence Awards – South 2025 for Neev, a 4 BHK residence in Whitefield, Bengaluru.

Neev was designed for clients who sought a home rooted in Indian heritage within the framework of contemporary living. The interiors are articulated through Chettinad pillars, solid teak elements, rattan weaves, brass accents, and patterned flooring, creating spaces that feel both timeless and personal.
The centrally-located Pooja room serves as a visual anchor, with an illuminated arched niche accented by brass-cast lotus stems and custom Ashta Lakshmi medallions.
The U-shaped kitchen features rich wooden cabinetry and clerestory windows that flood the space with natural light.
Reviving traditional craftsmanship: hand-crafted teak railing with brass fixings, and doors featuring circular rattan inserts with hand-painted artwork.
The award reflects Studio Lore’s continued pursuit of creating spaces where heritage, craft, and personal narratives come together, one project at a time.
