Stanley George
Co-founder

Stanley George, an experienced civil engineer, is one of the pioneers at GoodEarth which started its journey in 1987. He leads the business culture and ethics.

A graduate in Civil Engineering from the ’87 batch of the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, is a naturalist, and an avid Chess and Bridge player.

Being the son of a farmer and social worker gave him unique insights into people’s aspirations and struggles from an early age. Creating sustainable businesses, mentoring youngsters, thinkers and hands-on people alike; engineering, conservation and regenerative agriculture drive him.

Stanley revels in the challenges arising from the ever-changing business climate and laws of the land.

Jeeth Iype
Co-founder

Jeeth Iype is an architect whose work encompasses a range of buildings and varied users over 30 years.

Jeeth qualified as an architect from the Academy of Architecture in Mumbai in 1991 and went on to live and work at Auroville.

An idea person, he is excited by innovations and new concepts in architecture, buildings and technology. Part of the team that conceptualizes the communities, he is also currently involved with social ventures in responsible tourism in Bhutan, Ladakh and Uttarakhand.

A naturalist, Jeeth is also a passionate astrophotographer.

Parthasarathy S
Director - Finance

Parthasarathy S is a chartered accountant by profession, but as he puts it, it is only a margin of what it takes to run a sustainable business. He believes in working with a straightforward and down-to-earth approach while dealing with people across the legal, financial and government sectors.

With an ever-present smile, he faces different challenges that arise in business operations.

Biju P
Director - Projects

Biju P is the master craftsman at Good Earth. He has been a part of the team since 2000, and has grown from handling the carpentry to presently leading the Construction Team at Bangalore. An eye for design and detail and a thorough knowledge of materials and processes, his inputs are integral to the design and building process.

Prashanth Palanisamy is best known for trying to integrate technology into every function of the construction process at GoodEarth, where he leads the Project Management. He completed his BE in Civil Engineering and Masters in Construction Management.
