We are happy to announce that GoodEarth Modern Times, Cochin, awarded as Runner-Up in the category of Best Sustainable / Eco-Friendly Project, Residential and Commercial at the 1st Edition of the CREDAI National Awards for Real Estate Excellence 2025

GoodEarth founder Mr. Benny M Thankachen along with Head of Ecoscape Mrs. Silvia Benny & Principal Architect Jayakumar Soman receive the Award in New Delhi on December 20, 2025.

GoodEarth Modern Times in Cochin is a tropical high-rise urban building covered by ecoscape. Modern Times aspires to reclaim greenery within urban spaces through lush vegetation thriving along its vertical format in the heart of the city. Like a giant tree, the building is a living, breathing ecoscape nurturing people within its fold.

The large terrace gardens, outdoor extensions of the inside spaces, are designed to work as a living outer shell of the building. The richness of the plant species and their response to the changing seasons make the gardens of Modern Times a varying canvas of colours and fragrances.
